Rachid Ayadi, a photographer born in 1985 in Algiers, has been active since 2014. He develops a sensitive and unique photographic practice. Based in Algiers, he explores various genres – portrait, landscape, and experimental – within his studio, and collaborated with the Elhidhab studio from 2016 to 2023. He has participated in more than 30 exhibitions and competitions in Algeria and internationally, receiving several distinctions. His work questions the notions of identity, memory, and culture, incorporating innovative techniques. Dance, at the heart of his approach, is for him an intimate and healing body language. Through blurs and movements, he composes images imbued with poetry and spirituality. His photography, balancing technical precision with emotional exploration, offers a contemporary and deeply human vision of the world.
