A multidisciplinary visual artist, Samah Ould-Arab is a graduate of the Higher School of Fine Arts of Algiers, with a specialization in graphic design and media image. Her work examines the connections between visual storytelling, collective memory, and contemporary forms of expression, through a practice that blends design, image, and plastic research.
She draws from her environment and personal experiences to create sensitive, conceptual, or socially engaged works. Her approach is characterized by a free exploration of mediums – both traditional and digital – with a particular focus on symbolism, aesthetics, and the emotional impact of the image.
