Raghda Al-Mohandes graduated from the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University, in 2007 and obtained her Ph.D. in Art Criticism in 2020. She is a visual artist working in an abstract style, creating artworks that transcend traditional representation, using colors, shapes, textures, and patterns to evoke emotions and ideas rather than depicting realistic subjects. Her works explore themes such as identity, nature, memory, and the intangible connections between people and their environments. By focusing on intuition, spontaneity, and experimentation, her abstract art engages viewers on a deeply personal level, encouraging individual interpretation. Her techniques range from bold brushstrokes and layered compositions to simple geometric shapes, reflecting her unique perspective on the contemporary art movement. She has participated in many solo and group exhibitions in Egypt and abroad.
