Shaikha Al-Sinan is a visual artist from Kuwait, holding a Master of Arts & Design and a Bachelor of Interior Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo. A former professor and dean of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts (2000–2002), she has also served as a jury member for numerous art and theatre committees. Dedicated to creativity, she has held many solo and group exhibitions at Ahmed Al-Adwani Hall, Sidra Gallery, Boushahri Art Gallery, and Dar Al-Funoon, and has exhibited internationally in Paris, London, Italy, Türkiye, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, Jeddah, Oman, Bahrain, and Brunei. Believing that art is a form of free expression tied to social responsibility, she received the Salon d’Automne Award (Paris, 2011) and the Issa Saqr Award for Art Creativity (2012, 2013).
