A visual artist born in Khenchela, Khaled Sebaa graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Algiers in 1992 and is currently an advisor at the Directorate of Youth and Sports. He was a member of the jury at the International Arab Calligraphy Cultural Festival in Médéa (2022-2025). He won the first prize at the same festival in 2015, 2021, and 2024. Sebaa has participated in several events, including Tunisia (2017), the France Biennale (2019), Libya (2025), and received the Encouragement Award from Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (2023). His works were acquired at an auction in Cannes (2024-2025).
