Farid Aouanouk is an Algerian photographer whose work explores memory, dignity, and inner freedom. Through his series Amghar, created in Kabylie, he pays tribute to the elders, the guardians of wisdom and transmission. With Au cœur de l’âme, dedicated to Havana, he celebrates the resilience and beauty of Cuban daily life. A self-taught artist, nourished by his travels and street photography, he seeks in each image the truth that connects people. His works have recently been exhibited in Dubai, Berlin, Zurich, and Paris. Between shadow and light, silence and emotion, his gaze captures the poetry of reality and the invisible trace of humanity.
