About
The Noass Arts Centre is one of the oldest non-governmental arts and culture organizations in Latvia, operating within the sectors of visual art, literature, contemporary dance, theatre, sound art, video, and art projects in the urban environment. Noass Arts Centre is the founder and curator of the Video Art Archive, a national video art database that spans the entire history of Latvian video art, from the late 1980s to the present day. Additionally, the centre organizes the annual international contemporary and video art festival Waterpieces.
